All orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped with tracking. We ship internationally, and delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. HeroNap™ reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s supported payment gateways.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our limited drops and custom sourcing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

In rare cases where a product arrives heavily damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Fraud & Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse. HeroNap™ may refuse service to anyone at any time without providing a reason.
